1 Unusual Six Pack Abdominal Exercise For Summer

It’s his FIRST time on camera so he’s a little shy and I got him to demonstrate one of his favourite abdominal exercises for you. You’ll also meet my good friend, Burok, who demonstrates a more modified version of this exercise – also a bit unusual. At first you may not think it’s unusual, but notice how he’s supporting his body the entire time and NOT hanging. This technique makes the ab exercise much more challenging and will get your abs ready for summer! Who Else Wants To Build Muscle? Then Visit www.VinceDelMonteWorkout.com Last summer in July 2008, my buddy Mike Geary picked me up in Denver for a wild week of adventure and adrenaline. In the video, I’m sure you’ll notice that I was doing my best to hide my nervousness. I did something stupid before we left. I googled searched “skydiving” on you tube and got all these videos called “Skydiving gone bad…” and “skydiving accident” videos come up. I don’t recommend doing that before you jump! Right after getting off a plane, I got back into one but instead of flying down we jumped out! This was not the craziest thing I’ve done but I would put it in the top 5. I jumped with this 22-year old kid who didn’t give me any instructions on the jump until we leveled off and he says, “So do you know what we’re doing today?!” I say, “Not really… you haven’t given me a single instruction yet…!” He says, “It’s pretty simple… All you need to do is relax. I’ll take care of the rest.” That was it. I nominated myself to go first so I couldn’t chicken out. I highly recommend it! The scariest and coolest part was when you’re feet leave the plane – that’s when you might spoil in your pants…LOL All in all, Mike and I had a great jump experience and I would do it again. Next time, I’ll barrel out of the plane… maybe… Feel free to share your own skydiving experiences. I would love to hear them.
