1 Unusual Six Pack Abdominal Exercise For Summer


Warning: In this video you’re going to meet my good friend, Sukru, who is SHREDDED. 4% body fat in this video! His body may make you feel a little self conscious. LOL But mostly, it should motivate the heck of you today so you hit the gym extra hard today or tomorrow. This video was filmed 4 days before he competed last weekend at a big fitness model show. It’s his FIRST time on camera so he’s a little shy and I got him to demonstrate one of his favourite abdominal exercises for you. You’ll also meet my good friend, Burok, who demonstrates a more modified version of this exercise – also a bit unusual. At first you may not think it’s unusual, but notice how he’s supporting his body the entire time and NOT hanging. This technique makes the ab exercise much more challenging and will get your abs ready for summer!   3. I’m a female, and i don’t think big muscles are attractive on males or females. Besides dedication, respect for that, it’s pointless. It’s possible to be small yet strong. A korean martial artist has strength and skill. Even ballet dancers have strength. I think fitness, speed, and flexibility is ‘sexy’ but not this. Building that much muscle is just for showing off. You don’t need it. Vince seems really arrogant to his friend at 3:33, his face and silence at 3:50 says it all really. lol.

    Hey vince ,I am currently bulking up but i am getting a pot belly.How do i get rid of it?
    Should i do cardio or just crunches and abs exercise?Can u get a six pack if u do crunches with your pot belly or u have to do cardio?
    Please answer ,i am really confused !

  7. i have to say that this is NOT for weak backs it will get you hurt if you are not strong.

  8. @FloMonKish long answer, short, the more exercises you do in the morning, the more calories your body will burn throughout the day, because it had nothing to dissolve when you were working out
