ive got a question, i didnt understand this.
Shouldnt it be
chest and tricep and
bicep and back
cause when you work the chest ur triceps works as well and when u work ur back ur biceps work too so shouldnt it be working bicep and back one day and chest and tricep another day?
i do this, so am i doing it wrong?

@DeathPunchx im not certain about why Vince is doing this but many bodybuilders overtrain for about a week before they travel or go onto vacation so that they don’t have to worry about training during the week off. Instead their body is recovering from the massive amount of stress from the previous week. Hope this could help
it does sound a bit much, but I’m gonna do this b4 my trip to spain to overtrain and make sure that week of resting will be about rebuilding muscle
vince isnt on steroids if thats what your implying, and no its not too much for a natural lifter at all, the volume is a lot less and recovery is up to the lifter in terms of diet and maintenance
it’s not the same muscle-parts so the muscle’s can manage to rebuild in the rest days.

i actually did something like this back in 96′, this routine really develops muscle real fast but you have to eat correctly…your body is going to need protein every three hours…egg whites work well for me in between meals apples…good mutli vitamins, glutamine
agreed. his programs have extremely useful knowledge and he has already done the research for you. Im at 190 now but im cutting to 180 then bulkin up and trying to get to 210. I think this video is kind of like maximize your muscle cuse im on that program now and its a 6 day workoiut per week
Dude, what you are talking about. I used NNMB and went from 165 to 210 in 6 months. Then I used his cutting program to get down to 190 with almost zero muscle loss. I’m assuming you say it was a huge disappointment because you didn’t get results from it, in which case…well, I honestly don’t see how, if you follow it correctly, you could not get results from it…Sorry if it seems like I’m over-reacting, but Vince’s program is the only one that has worked for me so I will defend him
