should that be done between overhand and underhand?
or should it be after (close-grip) underhand?

Speaking of reps, in one of his other videos, he does alternative pullups with one hand with “chin grip” and the other one with “pull-up grip” and does 10 per side (or maybe even 12), so yes, he can do more than 6 pull ups.
Mostly the biceps the way Vince was doing it, you have to really pull back and hit near the chest area to get the lats into it on close-grip under-hand grip. Over-hand grip will also hit the lats but at the higher insertion near your armpits.
Try doing this pausing at the top and going down slow, it really kicks up the intensity. I would also suggest using straps to help keep the tension on the lats instead of the biceps.
when thing you dont realise is that vince has been filming for hours before we even see the video, hes probubly already done that set over and over. ALSO he will be able to do more than 6 pull ups he can probubly do loads, but it would mean the video would 1 5minutes long instead of 4 minutes and have a lot of extra reps that arent necessary to see!!

#1 you are not even doing a full proper pullup. You are pulling yourself up only to your nose and a full pullup below the chin.
