@samathalev I’d suggest staying clear of stuff that boost testosterone levels cuz otherwise your body would naturally up the estrogen levels to compensate, thus B-Tits. Also check with your physician for good measure!
@samathalev you can also do alot of upper pec exercise to make it less obvious…..i got gynecomastia too and that helps a little bit

I like your extended sets videos. Good advice, very useful when you really want to isolate some muscles that are lagging behind. I’d just advise people if they really pump one muscle like this, they should work the opposite muscle a lot as well. Like if you do extended sets on chest it would be good to also work your back a little extra to compensate and help. Peace.
