I’ve cut my fruit intake down to 1 small/medium sized organic apple 30 minutes pre-workout (chick/brown rice 1-1.5hr pre-workout) and 1/2 a small/medium banana with my post workout whey/dextrose. For greens I go for the uncooked baby spinach, broccoli and baby sweet peas (they’re not sweet lol). Bell peppers and onions also add color and flavor to bland chicken and egg white dishes.

yes too much of a good thing is bad stick a serving of berries and 0,5 banana a day grapefruit apples tomatoes are all great and treat the high sgar ones as a treat every other day and limit your portions

@ketogenesis at 3500 calories per pound, it adds up to 30 pounds in calories assuming it all turns to fat. If it all turns to fat, I just assume most of it does, then on a 200 pound person it would be 15% body fat. Just imagine you can drop between 5 and 15% body fat just by reducing sugar. Not to mention all the metabolic actions that sugar inhibits you might be able to drop more. I think he’s right, the ultimate is eliminating sugar.
@ketogenesis 75 grams of sugar a day, seems like nothing really, does it? it was about what I was taking … and it adds up to 5 pounds a month of sugar ingestion. Isnt that horrible? 60 pounds of sugar ingestion a year, imagine most of that goes to fat storage. Just eliminate sugar like Vince says, its the ultimate goal
I read somewhere that the human body can only handle about 30 grams of sugar a day, or 50 grams a day, or something around there. Its really bad. I was taking in around 5 pounds of sugar a month and I wasn’t even that hardcore. People would be amazed if they kept track of it.

you are aware if your diet is calorie controlled it doesnt matter that much about what your putting in there as long as there is a sufficient deficit and enough exercise i read the other day a man was on 1800 eating junk food and lost weight and he was a dr or a professor at a university teaching nutrition lol
