This is exactly what my buddies and I have been talking about on Steve Turano’s P90X critique; let’s face it: These chicks are lean as hell and carrying a good amount of lean muscle mass. They did not get this way doing P90X living room garbage; they got this way training with HEAVY iron and taking part in INTENSE cardio. And they did NOT get “huge” like many women believe they will get from lifting heavy weights.
