Cut out the the power walking. It works to a degree, and doing it everyday…you body get accustomed to it. Start doing intervals. maybe 2-3 times a week. Start counting calories, get a pen and paper and everything you eat right down the amount of calories down on a paper (very important). For the intervals 5 min warm up, 20 minutes of the intervals. I suggest tread mill. 30 secs of your max sprint (its gonna be around 10-15 mph), then a minute 30sec of walking (3mph).
Dont know how thick my bones are, My diet is eating 5-7times a day,, healthy foods ofc( i dont eat sugars).. Cardio i do powerwalk for like an hour every day.. and 10-15mins of sprint after my weight workouts
Hey vince, is this Cheat your way any good for me? I was on 31% BF this summer.. now im at 23,5% with alot of workouts and eating less.. but ive been on this 23-24% BF for 2 weeks now.. im not getting any progress.. please help!
im into the workouts you perform but u gotta remember vince you were called “skinny vinny” which means you were most likely born with the “thin” gene.. 90% of us arent that lucky so it makes us sketchy when your talking about 5% body fat when your body is naturally like that.. i mean im not hating but thats like me saying look im 50% body (which im not just an example) know what i mean?

Ok, how thick are your bones comparatively. And whats your cardio schedule/diet consist of?
Well i got one Cheat day.. dont know what body type i got tho.
Take a week off cardio to let your body relax a little and reset. How many cheat days do you have, tons of factors. Body type?
