    @kshitiz06 Nutrition is about 80% of the results you will see. I can do cardio and lift every day of the week, but I am carb sensitive. I won’t get really cut if I continue downing the carbs. You just have to find out how your body responds to the different nutrients you put into it.

  3. @rn1gt2 You are able to do high intensity cardio for 20 minutes?? Fuck.. good for you. I am not a very fit guy, but i started running about 2 months ago… and i still pant like a dog after 10 minutes (talking about high intensity cardio here). Seems to me like 10 minutes is my plateau. I can do slow cardio for half an hour, but heck this high intensity interval running is giving me headaches, i can’t seem to improve.

  4. @malmsteen2002 Not a personal attack at all here mate, just a difference of opinion. My training is based on weights and nutrition, I do 3 cardio sessions a week, each one is 20 minutes, and they’re high intensity interval training. To be honest, I find that about 70 to 80% of the changes in my body come from nutrition, obviously weights are the stimulus fro new growth and ‘sculpting’, and cardio can (when done the correct way), assist with fat loss, without losing lean weight.

  9. don;t blame the genes.any1 can do it…ppl just tend to 4get to put cardio into their workout regime……….cardio n diet takes 90% to sculpt an awesome bod…..10% comes from pumping iron…….i’ve seen guys without any cardio or diet who lift weights like crazy but only to get huge chest and at the same time huge waistline…….

  11. @johnnyrocketisgod its not always like that, my body is elegant and i have a little belly coming out and i sit all day at home and i dont get fatter but when i do exercise or workout i cant really burn fat either, so its from the genes too believe me

  12. @cryptusak Well just look at jack lalanne. You can be fit and muscular into old age. Only when you get to 80s,90s do you really lose the ability to maintain a decent physique. And by then you’ve lost the ability to do pretty much everything. You don’t just lose muscle mass, but also brain functionality. Just because when you get old you might lose your memory doesn’t mean you shouldn’t bother learning things while you’re young.

  16. @assdoooouuutttt ha don’t kid yourself many fitness models are on steroids. but they just don’t abuse it as bad as others. not saying they are on steroids but guys on steroids are not waaaay bigger. you should watch the movie Bigger Faster stronger here on youtube about steroids it’s cool

  17. Quite literally, you are what you eat. If you don’t eat a fitness models or bodybuilders diet, you won’t get the desired body that you want. When he’s talking about cardio, he means aerobic cardio training (getting oxygen to your muscle to burn fat), when combined with a plan of your body type, you are UNSTOPPABLE!! :D look up this guy named Tom Venuto to see what I’m talking about. I would HIGHLY recommend his book Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. Its THE fat loss bible!

    And trying to look nice isn’t shallow, its expected. Everyone tries to look their best, some are just willing to work for this kind of body

  25. wait so cardio is 50% but nutrition is the most important thing? Only 50% is left for nutrition so how can it be more than the 50% for cardio. Someone isnt good at math…
