He doesn’t do a good job explaining himself but when he’s talking about overweight people running marathons, they can sure as hell do it, they just end up coming in the last 100 to finish the marathon. Shit, even Dog the Bounty Hunters wife Beth ran a marathon. Fat people can and do run in marathons he just wasn’t successful in communicating his thought.

  11. If I’m thin and not athletic build, could I still have low body fat?, because my gym has numberous of handheld body fat monitors. it ranges between 5-8 depending on how much sugar is consumed or calories.

  20. @skiierkid15 you can but it will be more damaging to your joints. ancient man would purposely have fat around the belly because long periods of exercise like marching 100 miles to a battle, or fighting a war throughout the entire day would require you to access the fat stores. anyone with low amounts of body fat will not have those backup stores of fat. so the fat guy has stores but extra weight and the thin guy has the reverse, just like a car
