  16. Its an interesting phenomenon, many exercise trainers have decent knowledge of how to take their body to another level and even dedicate their career to it. Though, their bodies are often quite plain compared to others that dedicate such time to working out. It seems they are in a bulking phase but if thats the case, why are they so small?

  23. if you bulk properly you won’t have to cut very much, you can bulk and stay fairly ripped at the same time, and don’t worry about abs, no one really has to do abs EVER, you use them all day long and in every exercise you do, balance!
