Basically what Vince DelMonte just said is don’t buy my book its a waste of money 8:05 I quote ” Muscle takes time to grow don’t listen t the magazines you can’t build massive amounts in one month unless you use steroids” ok this also mean you cant build a lot of muscle of a year maybe 5 to 10 pounds. Then why does his book say he built 42 pounds of solid muscle in 8 months please your better of learning about good nutrition, cardio and proper form instead of listen to these 2 clods.

  15. I think working out in pairs is best cuz the duration of time between each lifter is a good amount of rest time, I think.

    ive been thinking about getting this workout, but is the workout going to bulk me up, because i dont want to be like a football player or anything those guys are pretty enourmous. i mean like right now im around 125 pounds ,i dont want to like shoot up and be like enourmous.
