yo whenever I train my shoulders I never get sore the next day, every other muscle group does, I train them just as if not harder than the other muscle groups but they’re never sore. I don’t know if this is good or bad but on the plus side, does this mean I have like indestructible shoulders or somethin?

but if i do reps to faliure… arent i toning the muscle more? because i might be doing more than 8 reps? because i want to gain muscle more than actually toning it

Quick questions guys, is doing every set to failure a good way to build muscle? or to cut up muscle? and this guy went from one exercise to the other with out stopping? Is that how it should be done??

Eat healthy . seriously QUIT fast food to lose fat and do cardio or skip rope to lose fat. Do this 4 times a week , hour a day a day.
To gain muscle you gotta have a decent body to start… eat proteins lots of it. .. chickens , tuna , fruits , brown rice .
Go on bodybuilding forum u wil find lot of help and answers. if you need any tips let me know

I workout 6 days a week… i dont workout on saturdays. and its 10-15 each excercise except abs.. for abs is 25-40 but i always do 80 each day so its ppl’s choice
@HockeySeanX i meant sets, not reps. iv decided for hypertrophy, 10-20 sets in total per week for each muscle.
