  2. so true. when i work my legs. IM STARVING. best workouts man. at times i wanna do twice a week, but thats overkill. btw anyone knows how many times a week you can work your shoulders. should it be 72 hours, or is it 24-48

  7. Lee, when doing squats how should the feet be positioned? Should toes be pointed straight ahead or outward? Or does it even matter?

  8. i really dont know which workout to follow…i have seen many videos in youtube bout workout but it’s hard to choose and it’s hard which workout to do first…so i must say i can workout with my self, with my own workout and i know that is the best decision ever…

  9. @fearfulsmile1 that doesnt make any sense. you can get a good workout no matter how strong you are. and people are thinking of new ways to work out, so they are smart enough to not injure themselves doing something stuiped and learn from these videos

  13. i tried the cable zercher squat and the pressure from the long bar was intensely sore on my inner elbow. was yours sore??

  14. Everything you do basically works you out.
    The weaker you are, the better workout you get.
    People don’t really think for themselves, this is totally obvious, it’s just that the world is so lazy people don’t even want to think anymore, they come to these videos so the video can think for themselves.

    you know whats funny i see people that are body builders and people that are the gym working out i see no definition not cute.. you all want serious true workout you do what i do.. forget what you heard and watched on youtube. its all b.s learn my way contact me and ill get you 10 inch arms in 1 month without roids and supplements i know the food chain and the government hid from us

  22. The single legged squats are a great exercise! I do them with 2-65lb DB’s after heavy BB squats, so the cable variation is a good alternative.

  23. Thanks for the idea with the cable machine. Helps when all the damn weights are gone and the weights are is packed. Good job guys.
