Muscle Building Back Workouts With In-Set Supersets


Brought to you by Nick & Vince of www.DifferentMuscleTricks.com First off, I APOLOGIZE for the sound quality, I didn’t think it was that bad until I uploaded it and Nick had already flown home so we couldn’t re film it. In this video Nick coaches me through In-Set Supersets for the back. Notice how I alternate between dumbbell deadlifts and dumbbell bent over rows – that equals 1 rep. They may look tame but they are NOT! They are very metabolically demanding and really fatigue the smaller bodyparts like traps and forearms. Notice how I max out on deadlifts at the end! Different technique equals different results. Don’t ever judge a book by it’s cover. I’m using this technique to get ready for a photo shoot in November and I think it’ll make a big difference in gaining muscle and losing fat.
