This past Saturday, May 15th, Flavia and I celebrated our 12-month Anniversary so decided to run 12 flights of stairs. Each flight is 289 steps and 12 flights took us 57 minutes. Our good friend “Six Pack” Artus Shakur joined us and we put together some random footage for you. Enjoy!

@piratelord99 it depends on what u do for a living. i work for post office and i burn lots of calories. if i dont eat enough food than my body will start burning muscles faster than somebody who works behind a desk. it just depends on lots of factors. if u eat 6 small meals a day and workout than u will lose weight fast. curcuit training is the best way cause ur body isnt use to it. pick 7 exercising and do them all with 30sec break between each. it all depends on if u can stop eating junk food
@piratelord99 im going to make it simple. what do u do for a living? if u burn calories doing ur job than u dont need to follow Vince. I work for post office and i burn just enough calories not to be overly fat. if u want to lose weight that do this…(what i do) I eat a box of ready to eat tuna and crackers for breakfast. 2 hours later i eat a fudge brown oh yeah protein bar. 1 hour later i drink a rtd muscle milk. i later eat lunch, mainly grill fish or salmon . 2 hrs later, protein bar

@greedybox im really confused…vince said you need to be fasted for 24-48hrs to start burning muscle for energy, but what about steady state cardio?? isnt this steady state cardio? i thought that burnt away muscle and as well as fat
@piratelord99 u r exactly right. if u workout out to hard b4 breakfast u will start to burn muscle. its best to just get on treadmill and burn 200 calories and call it the day until ur evening workout.

do you reccomend switching up your cardio routines? I have kind of hit a plateau recently. i want to keep the muscle i have, possibly build more, but i dont want to lose weight.

If you want to “burn” fat you need cardio, there is no other way. Either you look like Ronnie Coleman, or you run a marathon, you can not do both

I wished I couldve seen you videotape the speed at which you are climbing the steps instead of videotaping your face. Do you run up and down the steps or just double climb and briskly climb down? Do you climb down 2 at a time?
