why do you all jump to the conclusion he isnt fit? its quite obvius hes been doing other stuff befor this movie since he’s out of breath befor he even starts.

Get on ” You tube” check out martial arts, etc tai chi .You are so typical of a lot of body builders, You NEED Cardio man, & Breathing Techniques. I’m 45 & Fit as a bull, From doing Martial arts for 28 yrs… BREATHE>>>
Dude….you did like 4 or 5 mins core work…couple seconds each demo and you were knackered….there is no way on Gods green earth that your doin 100lb farmers carry….. I suggest you get real fit…not mirror muscle fit!
Watching you hold your breath is like nails on a chalkboard. Your killing yourself here. It’s bad for your chi flow. Also if you ever get into a physical confrontation, your natural instinct would be to hold your breath and suck in air quick when you feel like you have an opening. And in that case you will be tuckered out before you could break away.
Also, poor breathing habits is bad for your organs, brain, and heart.
Rubbish. you often should hold your breath to keep your core stable. I think Vince needs to do a bit less srength training and a bit more cardio though, i’ve never seen a guy get knackered so quick from doing a little bit of exercise!
You might mention that there is considerable stress on the shoulder in terms of stability for the side-planks.

Holding your breath when doing excercises increases your blood pressure which really isnt a good thing.

you dont need to do “cardio” as you call it, in the form of running, read up on cortisol! Aeorbic exercise produces it!!
i’d expect a martial artist to know that the body works as a “system”

Yeah … what? Do you want to hurt your back? You need intra-abdominal presure to protect your spine. Read about the valsalva maneuver in training.
