Im glad he isnt in my family tree and if this guy is a fitness fanatic why did he get tired from talking. He is kind of a douche but isnt every gym junkie.   13. dude, im sorry to disappoint you but your scrawny, your a little less than average when it comed to muscle. Im going to post my pic on here, i exercise at home never hit the gym in my life. I do dumbells, stomach exercises, pushup/pull up and eat healthy, im way bigger and leaner !!!!HAHA….

  15. im 13 and do 3 sets of 20reps of 18.5kg squats, 5kg lateral raises 12reps, 18.5kg bicep curls 20reps, clean and jerks, dumbell jumping squats to bicep curls and treadmill interval workouts
