    What video would l start out with if l’m lean, but got some gut fat, Vince? I’m 45, look & feel 30, 6ft. 5 inches, had an injury on my wrist that stopped me from working out 4.5 months ago, some depression set in so the cortisol went up, thus the fat increase, and loss of muscle on my chest, arms, etc. Went from anabolic to catabolic.

    Which video do l start at? I want to get your program, but am checking out a couple vids 1st, not because l don’t trust u, l don’t trust I’ll stick to it, etc…

  4. this is for people who wanna bulk up yet they should of been working out for a year he says … how does that make sense? they would of been bulking up that whole time probably unless they went in fat , i havent been working out for a year not even close and so what are you saying i cant use this workout? what is there in this program that restricts me from participating …

  7. actually i just read Vince’s book, and he really does mean eat 45 grams of protein.

    in fact, he says to eat waaaayyy more, in a day you’re supposed to take around 350grams of protein (at my weight).

    it makes sense, but thats a lot

  14. I’m well aware, and I wasn’t saying it as an excuse, I guess I worded it wrong. I meant it is difficult for me to gain weight because of my fast metabolism, but it is still possible for me to gain muscle if I learn to eat a lot.

    eat a surplus of clean calories, protein every 3 hrs, well planned training regime and lots of rest then u WILL gain muscle no matter what ur body type

  21. Get a body fat caliper and follow the instructions. Either that or have it professionally done by a personal trainer with electrodes. Mine is actually 22.6%, so I’ll have to lose some as well, even though I cannot gain much weight because I am ectomorphic.
