Dude how would u react if i keep making videos or comentin on all videos about the way u eat and the way u train to criticize u?This pisses me off because im on steroids and i need to maximize gains in every single way i can man.And like i said, im just doing it using my common sense. I dont think im overkilling! Else every1 who eats 6,7 meals a day is overkilling!

Uhmmm seriosuly i dont like being called a sucker cause i take a pre work out supp, post work out and pre bed supp.I use prework out nitric just from time to time.Post workout nutrition is the most important part of building muscle.And i just take aminos before going to bed with caseine to have slow protein release throughout the night and reduce catabolism. Is that still overkill or simply common sense?
