Top 10 Final Finishing Moves To Build Muscle Quickly

www.Top10FinishingMoves.com Hi there! This is Vince Del Monte and I know what you’re thinking “I already do those exercises… big deal… nothing new here…” Fair enough, most of them are “old-school” and have been around since the 60s and 70s. However, shockingly, your soon to discover the finishing exercise is not as crucial as the finishing technique we combo it with. Here is the unfortunate truth: 99% of workouts only take your body to a certain limit. It’s that great beyond – the hallowed realm of reps done beyond failure – that eye-popping results are to be had. Enter: Top 10 Final Finishing Moves! My best techniques that I secretly rely on to ensure every single workout is a winning workout and that out-performs my previous workout. You know how muscle growth works: do the same thing and you get the same thing. Top 10 Final Finishing Moves refuses to let your progress stagnate. Warning: Some of these techniques are so intense, I only perform them once every 2-3 months! In this digital DVD and workout manual, I give you my ten best final finishing moves to add to the end of your normal bodypart workout, which serve as a dual purpose. These exercises you’ll access, help to flush blood and nutrients into the muscles after your current intense workout; they also conduct a final salvo on your fibers and thus lay fertile groundwork for new lean muscle and detail. In this DVD, I’ve strayed from the typical playbook of just lighter weights and higher reps, these sets and

    Vince,
I’m a fan and you give sound advice. I’m 6’1 and a typical ectomorph genetically, I’ve gone from weighing 72kg to 84kg in a couple of months a few years ago. I have also gone from 86kg to 110kg over the past 12 months. I’ve never used much more than food, protien supplements and some Creatine. Over the last 12 months it has just been the food and protien. I’ve always found that heavy compound full-body training to best for me. Only Ectomorphs can truly appreciate these gains fully.

  5. hahahah, i already know your 10 moves by just watching this video!

  6. haters…..Try it and experience yourself if this is good or bullshit.Keep it up Vince!

  7. SteroidsMakeMeStrong

Yo Vince, once again a brilliant video. I’ve been following your blogs for a while now and even tried your “worlds hardest high protein, low carb diet” on your website… Lost 4% body fat in just 2 weeks, was extremely tough but worth it. Just wondering if you could possibly inculde some workouts in your next video to improve forearm size? Possibly even mentioning what you think of cheat meals?
Would really appreciate it man. Keep up the good work.

  11. Your videos get worse and worse (starting with your supplement ones). Lots of thumbs down. I am not surprised though because people are becoming more educated and they can sure though this kind of crap. And you are using machines??? I am not going to even bother listing all the reasons why that is completely moronic. That is part of the reason you are all show and no go. In reality you are weak. That is why you never post your PRs.

  12. Vince about building muscle quickly, I saw evidence of a guy who isn’t in the muscle building industry gain 14 pounds in about 4 weeks and I’ve seen a really buff guy say that you can’t gain more than 5 pounds a year.

  13. wont this put u in over trained state?

  14. Dude, the most we are capable of putting on in one week is one pound, and that’s still just theoretical. In real life, we’re able to put on maybe a few grams per week. Not even on steroids do muscles come quickly. but then again, quickly can mean different things for different people. I managed to put on 5 pounds of pure muscle in one year, and I’m pretty happy if I can keep doing that:)

  15. @VinceDelMonte of course u built muscle fast because u just starting lifting every1 will see great gains when u just start out.

  16. @VinceDelMonte of course u built muscle fast because u just starting lifting every1 will see great gains when u just start out.

  17. are you from startrek?

  18. nice video keep em up

  19. @dunceordie8675 LOL nicely said sir. That was actually funny :)

  20. @alanbrit yes, I agree with you, but like you said most is gimmick, good conversation.-Kind Regards-

  21. @chavamma : I’d like to hear vince’s take though — BUT: most (90%+) of the people are way way below the level of fitness and genetics compared to vince and that COULD be a reason why vince may be underestimating (or on the other hand, its just another marketing gimmick that has infested the industry) – I am a endomorph and I train 5x a week with a clean diet and ITS FRICKING INSANLEY DIFFICULT to gain solid , lean muscle – at least that has been my experience. I am also subscribed to scooby!

  22. @rokorn007 You don’t have to be a fat powerlifter to train movements.

  23. @alanbrit In all honesty this is nothing less than legit bull crap, you might gain 5-10 lbs of muscle anually and thats if you train every day and have strict nutrition, this “build muscle quickly” is just sad, I like the workouts here but for real non bull crap go to scooby1961, no gimmicks, no bull shit, and no $!!! Completely free! Some other people dont care lying to others having trouble with weightloss or fitness as long as they get their $. I’m a Judoka and gaining muscle is not “quick.”

  24. i so think that you can build muscle quickly// i kno i can

  25. @xr3n3g4d3x
Ya that is true, but the purpose here is to build muscle. Thats the primary goal here isn’t it? Personally, i would rather be ripped and look great, even though i might not be super strong naturally. I’m one of those ppl that care about my physique and honestly i’m not ashamed to say i’m not very strong.
