  22. @ronowdoh07 You can gain tons of muscle and get a very mean looking body with nothing but weight training, whole foods and sleep. It’s a waste of money for the most part when you can get nutrients to grow big muscles just from whole foods. Skinny guys don’t need supplements.

  25. Whey Protien supplements are a must if you want to gain muscle mass. I’m 6’8″ and struggled to gain any mass until I started on Whey Impact and Creatine. I’ve gone from 16st 4lbs to 19st 9lbs in under 6 months! You can obtain creatine and protein from the meat and nuts and pulses you eat but nowhere near enough to build the muscle you want. Use supplements wisely, but my advice is definately use them!
