  1. @RaginRussian Congrats, bro! just making it clear that 50 pull-ups aint hard 9like other people think)
doesnt require hard work too! gaining 50 lbs of muscle, now that’s REAL hard work!

  2. @Mu5clehead well not anymore friend. I posted that 8 months ago, and I lived up to that goal!

  3. @RaginRussian bro, 50 reps on pull-ups aint that hard

  4. I’ve always shunned 1-legged squats because I thought your knee wasn’t supposed to go past your toes when doing squats. Am I wrong?

  5. ilovebritishbulldogs

this guy is like the best in showing you what to do top marks

  6. I was wondering the same thing.

  7. yeah can you do this kind of workout everyday or should it only be done every other day?

  8. Is this supposed to be done circuit-style, with the total reps for each exercise spread over the circuits?

  9. This guy is pretty real and so are the workouts (lack of perfection and all) and your comment shows that you have not achieved even a tiny percentage of such performance to make such naive comments. Let’s see your video of your breathing integrity after you put out such wattage.

  10. Looks like an intense workout! I enjoyed those tips at the beginning about bodyweight exercises being a good lead in to eventually lifting weights. However, I must comment on as successful as an entrepreneur you are in the business, it seems that your technique and breathing patterns lack integrity. You almost looked uncomfortable in demonstrating some of these exercises.

  11. i think he means total reps not just done in one attempt

  12. the 50 push ups isnt a problem same with the leg squats but when he said 50 pull ups and chin ups…. HOLY CRAP!!! that’s a lot of strength that dude must have. I have trouble doing 12 good pull ups in a row let alone 50!! that’s crazy, well at least I have a goal now

  13. @PI2ODIGY yah i think i’ll aim for about 25 or 20 …more realistic for me

  14. haha yea man im only doin 25 of each cuz by the time i hit 50, its sloppy.

  15. 50? i cant even fuckin do 10…..shit.

  16. nice disco light atmosphere!

  17. dudeustolemycat92

how long do your mucels need to rest is it 48 hours after a workout and longer if it still burns in the mucelcs? (:

  18. Yeah, I’m there thinking 50 of anything well is gonna be a bastard! It has to be split up.

  19. try doing them slower or with weights on your feet or in a back pack

  20. I can easily do 50 dips! Even more.

  21. So quick to hate. He never claims to do 50 dips or 50 pull ups CONSECUTIVELY, he just says, do 50. Whether it’s in 2 sets or 20 is your business.

  22. I agree he is exaggerating the rep counts. As a trainer he probably balances exaggerating the number of reps people do to boost confidence, and also to under-exaggerate or set rediculous goals to keep his clients working and not to plateau or settle for the original goal. Overall i enjoy his videos and he has some good tips to offer.

that boy is strong. dont be a scrub.

  24. No way in HELL he did 50 dips there! BULLSHIT!

  25. are you supposed to do this all in one day?
