    (part 2) the other argurment backing the longer time between meals is that if your eating the right foods for you (the aproach of metabolic typing) then you shouldnt need to anyway because the food will satisfy you and you won’t feel hungry. what do you think?

    (part 1) what do you think on this eating every 2-3 hours im undecided, the argument seems to be speeding up the metabolism.
    however some day don’t eat that constantly because if you do you mess with leptin levels and also insulin doesnt go down enough so your insulin is constantly raised.

  10. hey vince, i got a few question. i weight 140lbs right now, and was 143 last week. i started this extremely low carbs diet, but i start my first meal around noon and end around late midnight. will this effects my goal to get a six-packs?
    another question is one thing that i notice when i gain or loose weight, i still have the same amount of lower belly fats, i can see my top 4 packs fine but the last two is cover with fats. my arms, back, and chest are looking good, and i have really big legs.

  16. @stylezNout It takes up to 2-3 days of fasting before you lose any muscle. It’s impossible to lose muscle by training a few times in the early morning. You probably just lost some water weight.

  18. @themusso You will not be tried after you workout in the am. Maybe initially but your body will adapt. Give it a shot and find out for yourself.

  19. @jordan101992 I have been doing intermittent fasting for the past year. I’m a strong believer. I do it every Sunday from 6pm to Monday 6pm and finish the fast with a protein shake. I also workout on my fast days.

  20. Vince and Flav, you guys are awesome. Good stuff. I miss those days of wood in the morning. Maybe I need to work out more in the morns, but love my afternoon and eve workouts.
